These are standard industrial bearings, any decent bike shop should have
them, and if not, you can get them from a bearing supply house.

They will be identified by a number on the face of the bearing, probably
a 4 digit number beginning with 6. You may need a magnifying glass to
read the number. My guess is 6000 or 6001.
