At a minimum pedestrians should carry liability insurance.

He seems to do a lot of unnecessary emergency stopping, where he might
otherwise have taken evasive action. Is he trying to prove something?
A couple of his other videos show other cyclists riding into the back of
him, and I'm not surprised.
