I have the canon hv20 and I've been uploading my videos in a really
crappy format, so I saved my file as a dv-avi, but vimeo and youtube
won't let me upload it, becuase it's in 24fps. How can I convert the
24fps to like 25fps?


By the way Emile, if you end up getting the hv20 it's kinda of hard to
figure how to export footage off your camera, a lot of people struggle
with it. So if you need help you can shoot me a pm, and I'd be happy to
help.
