What a terrible story! They should lock up this jerk and throw away the
key. Someone who exhibits that much aggressive idiocy when it comes to
drinking and driving, then adds to his stupidity by talking on the phone
while driving, and apparently thinks he scores some points for hitting not
one, but TWO elderly cyclists, and then, as his piece de resistance, flees
the scene and goes back to the party where he was hoisting way too many to
begin with. And he was still legally drunk three hours later! You can only
imagine how drunk he was when he hit the poor guys.

Yeah, "murder" is what I'd call it. Double murder.
