I owuld guess the offender was doing at least 20 mph on her bike.


Hi Pam, this thread appears to be getting ever more bizarre. I know
you have undoubted talents but can you really look at a photo of a
street and from that deduce what speed a cyclist was travelling at
when they collided with a pedestrian last Wednesday afternoon?

Any cyclist on any given street works out for themselves what the fastest
speed is that they could do on it. Happens all the time.
