If the council had been sensible, they would have ONLY said to move the pump away from the streetlamp. Nowhere else was the pavement made anywhere near narrow.

And why did the council not have to remove the streetlamp? It's just as much in the way. Screw the convenience of being able to see where you're going, what about all those disabled buggers who whine all the time?
