Sigh. And if there are no streetlamps there will be limit signs. Thus,
it is safe to assume 30 in a built up area it until you have information
allowing you to go faster. Is that such a dreadfully difficult concept?

Grafton way has stretlights, but they are switched off from midnight
till 6am. So, 30 lmit (Street lights) or not?


Other roads with streetlamps don't change limit according to whether the
lamp is on or off.
