A man has died shortly after police arrested him on a street in Sydney's
south-west this morning.

Police spotted the man riding a motorised bicycle without a helmet in
Campbelltown about 10.20am.

They say he became abusive when officers stopped him near the corner of
Queen and Browne streets.

Police say that soon after they arrested and handcuffed the man, he
collapsed.
