Do you mean the seat post binder bolt? If so, I'd go with 5nm and some carbon paste, if the post is carbon. I'd also grease the binder bolt.

Now, if you're talking the torque for the saddle clamp bolts, that is usually around 12-16nm. http://www.bike-manual.com/brands/tr...c.htm#Seatpost
