Westcountry Recumbents, and D-Tek recumbents near Ely have a generous
helping of them. Othre recumbent specialists (i.e., Kinetics in
Glasgow) usually have a couple to play with.

Most trikes sold beyond the toddler market these days seem to be
recumbents. If you want an upright then there are a few recognised
specialists, like Longstaff/Cyclon.

Google should find all of the above.

A bit like recumbent bikes, while notionally I'sd like to see a dealer
on every corner it's really down to the laws of supply and demand. The
market is small so doesn't support many dealers, and those it does
support are sufficiently specialist to be worth a trip.

If so,what would make such a shop "trike-specific".

A selection of tricycles to ride combined with considerable knowledge
concerning those and the others available on the market.
