You could add some of these "Road tax" paying pieces of machinery.
All of course using tax free fuel.
Lawn mowers and garden equipment
Snowmobiles, dirt bikes, and all-terrain vehicles
Forklifts, generators, and compressors using gasoline or propane
Recreational boats and personal watercraft
Non-road diesel engines (machinery) in construction and agricultural
equipment such as backhoes and tractors. Other equipment are included
such as ground support equipment, and heavy forklifts, generators and
pumps that use diesel engines.
Marine engines, Jet skies, pleasure craft
Locomotive
Aircraft engine
In certain jurisdictions, the non-road engines may include stationary
engines that are diesel powered.

Aircraft fuel, as you may know (but, it seems, didn't) is not taxed
like petrol. Agricultural diesel is also subject to lower rates of
taxation than fuel intended for use on the roads.

and do any of them pay a specific extra tax in order to be used on
the road?

You really seem to enjoy shooting yourself in the foot.
The 'specific extra tax' i.e. VED payed by motorists

At last, you agree that there is a specific extra tax paid by motorists
in order that they may legally use the road. You will find that this
tax is commonly called 'road tax' Well done.

That *was* for Freda, though.
