I saw a new version of the safety sticker on a kid's bike:

WARNING!
Do not ride bikes
at night! Do not ride
bikes when it's wet
outside! Always ride
with an ANSI, Snell,
or ASTM approved
helmet! do not stunt
or jump with this
bicycle. Read and
obey your Owner's
Manual!

"Do not ride when it's wet outside" is new to me. Apparently puddles
are now deadly.

I'm curious: Does this sort of nonsense get stuck on bikes in Europe?

Not ime.Â* Are pedestrians and bath users also warned about the dangers
of their activities?

No, they get no warnings - or at least, very few. But this is a country
where inane warning labels are everywhere. It's easy to find examples:

Bicycles get special treatment, though. 30 years of propaganda have been
used to portray bicycles as insanely dangerous.
