We need to bear in mind the Police investigators have to report

Do you actually realise the depth of your own ignorance?

Not knowing the meaning of the word "likely" shows you don't know
the depth of yours.

You have, of course, missed the point entirely and snipped the wrong
things.

Only in your worthless opinion.

Please yourself.

You could read the thread and realise your mistake.

I have read it and not made a mistake.

Collins made a mistake as to the a provision of the C&R regulations and
that fact was pointed out to him. he at least realised he was wrong
because he's gone quiet about it.

This may come as a surprise but not everyone's life revolves around this newsgroup.

*Yours* certainly does.

Unclicked and unread because irrelevant.

Your claim was that the law provides that a speedometer must over-read.
You've even tried to cover it up by snipping it from the above text.

Before you answer get someone to explain Black Body Radiation to you.

Your diversion attempt will not make your silly claim any less silly,
will it?

So you deny a vehicle in motion occupies a large but finite number of distinct energy states as defined by Planck's Constant?

How much more idiotic can you possibly prove yourself to be?

Surely you can't have much further to go?

Do you still insist that a UK motor vehicle's speedometer (where its
presence is mandated by the C&U Regs) *must* over-read?
