neon beets. Who knows, exactly. (If you guessed 'all of the above,' you
would be correct. Seriously, have a looksie.)

If Bob Berger were anything but one of the supreme assholes of the world, he
would know exactly why Mr. Vandeman does not want mountain bikes on hiking
trails. But Bob Berger, besides being a stupid asshole, is also a lazy
asshole. Mr. Vandeman must have posted at least 10,000 messages on these
newsgroups telling us where he stands and why.

Cyclelico.us goes on to point out that Vanderman gained gained attention
in the 90s via his Usenet postings to wreck.bikes in which he painted
mountain bikers as "addicted, narcissistic, violently insane liars."

That is exactly what they are. Who could possibly deny it! And Bob Berger is
an example of the species. All he does is lie all day long.
