How is this any different from the current HC.


The current HC merely requires drivers to try not to run people over if
they have gone first. Giving way is about letting them go first.

As I have said before we need to change social attitudes toward road use.
We need to get rid of the notion that 'The roads are for cars.'


It might help if junction markings were changed. The USA shows a way of
doing it and mainland Europe is moving to something similar.


I'm a fan of the USA "four way stop".
