there is nothing here to which this applies.

In this particular case, the "complainant" (for want of a better
term) plainly didn't know that. He stated that he ignored the
indicated signal (meaning, incidentally, that it did apply).

Hmmm... getting out of the way of the wheels of a 40 tonne lorry isn't
