Please stick to the topic under discussion.
Who was at fault? The lorry 'driver' or the victim?

The cyclist was at fault

Victim riding in accordance with the Highway Code, Lorry 'driver' pulls alongside victim with a 40 t truck and turns left from a lane marked ahead or right.

Which universe did you say you were from?

Were you able to read and understand what the cyclist said about the
incident.

Were you?

Clearly.

You did not understand.

The issue is whether you even understood what the cylist is reported as
saying.

He saw an indicated signal and "assumed" that it meant something which,
in the out-turn, it was shown not to mean.

That is not to say that no-one else was at fault (that will no doubt
come out in due course, either way). But the cyclist has *admitted*
being at fault.

Clearly you were not.

I wasn't even there (were you?)

Thank you for proving my point.

So you were the cyclist who made the mistake.

Ok. We all make mistakes.

As the Dalek said climbing off the dustbin.

Whilst being involved in the reported incident, you fell off a dustbin?

Were you *that* hungry?

Whoosh!

Perhaps you were...

Have you thought (I know...) of getting a job?

Already got one. It involves thinking and pays for your mental health care.
If you are ever allowed out of hospital let me know and I will try and find a position for you on my staff. Minimum wage of course.

Enjoy your lunch. Try to keep your balance a bit better and don't fall
off again.

No one but me is allowed near the 6 figure balance, ot cost £20 000.
