We are all already aware that cyclists can be involved in or even cause
accidents that may impact on other road users.
The same applies to horses, do you propose to tattoo numbers on their arses?
In my experience horse riders on the roads are significantly more courteous
than cyclists.
I cannot imagine a horse rider being involved in or causing an accident and
then ****ing off.
It happens every day of the week with cyclists.
