Indeed - that is also known as a wriggle, if you are on video
knocking over cyclists (and police officers) like ninepins.
We seem to attend different courts.
In the courts I go to, a man is innocent until PROVEN guilty, and he is
entitled to put the prosecution to proof of their case. That is what a
"not guilty" plea indicates, not, in any way, a "wriggle".
Even such simple concepts are beyond some people, as is the sub judice
rule/rules.
