But it sems to him that Brailsford, the new Capo di Tutti Capi at
the UCI is exhibiting far more enthusiasm for a particular
team and rider than would be considered prudent for a man in his
position.

And Davey would love to see the results of each and every
"Anti-Doping" test taken so far at the current Tour de Farce.
