What's the law when you find a bicycle on public land? I found a nice Nishiki Optima bicycle here in Boulder. The guy/girl still had a full gatorade in the drink cradle, and food in a Safeway grocer bag with an expiration label as Nov2007 tied to the handlebars, the bike was there so long some critter ate a hole through the plastic to get to the bike. It's clearly been there for a minimal of 6 months. http://www.bikealog.com/BikePedia/Qu...spx?Year=1993&... Damn thing is super light. What quality is this bike? I hate it because no shocks in fork. But It's nice road bike. |
