Default Where can I find a 40mm press-fit BB?

I have encountered this strange bottom bracket standard on German city
bikes and at least one Dutch bike. It features a 70mm wide shell with
an unthreaded 40mm bore. But this time the parts I have to work with
can't really be repaired or retrofitted, and I need to find a
replacement BB unit.

If it's for cottered cranks, I can use the same old cranks from the
bike.

Here's one, out of stock and not in North America in any case:

Any other ideas?

Our USA supplier has closed but you might try a Dutch or
German internet supplier.

Although Thun seems to have a good marketing department:

I can't find them on their web page at all nowadays:

p.s. It seems more people upload photos of these than sell them:

Lou? You there? Who in Holland has these to sell?
