WTT: New 32h Gel 280s (2) for New 32h GP4s (2)

Title nearly says it all. My "new" GEL 280s were laced up but only
recently tensioned and never ridden...they've never even had a tire
mounted with or without glue. Perfectly straight. No sidewall
blemishes. I'm just too fat for these rims.
