Default Who says deliberate ramming with a car weapon never happens?

In response to those here who claim deliberate ramming by motorists
with a car weapon never happens and that my videos do not prove it,
how about this example?

"A teenager drove his car into a 14-year-old boy after becoming
enraged at the boy's friends mocking its colour, a court has heard.

Grant Monaghan, 17, was "totally caught up by anger and upset" when he
saw the group laughing at his powder blue car outside Dunblane High
School.

The third-year pupil was knocked to the ground after being hit by the
Ford Fiesta, injuring his leg.

Monaghan was found guilty of careless driving after a two-day trial.

He was fined £400 and given six penalty points..."

I bet if he had injured him to the same extent with a knife he would
have been given a lot more.

So why did the cyclist (described as an "arrogant and vile little man")
that shouted 'move, I am not stopping' before deliberately running into and
killing that young girl, get such a derisory sentence? with no jail term, no
road ban, just a fine. Is not killing someone by a deliberate act not more
serious than bumping someone with a car bumper and giving them 'a sore leg
for several days'

Who claims that? Names?

I certainly don't claim that some drivers never deliberately ram
pedestrians. I know it happens.

Perhaps because she contributed to her own death, according to the theories
of some here, by not wearing a helmet?

My, the trolls are getting their money's worth out of that near 3 year
old story!

It's been milked, flogged to death, cut up into steaks and cooked,
regurgitated, resurrected, put on life support, had its heart
restarted and been milked again. They must be praying for a new one
soon, surely?

If the court really believed that he did it deliberately then it should have
convicted him of dangerous (not careless) driving and either banned him or
imprisoned him, or both.

Something done carelessly is not something done deliberately.

See? ****ing useless those car weapons. 12 bore would have taken his
leg clean off.
