thing about it is that it is done by company, not by individual, so the
same complete procedure has to be carried out for each different
company. Working through an umbrella organisation makes life
considerably simpler.

And having a responsible person within the organisation who has to
verify the identity of the applicant, which in every case I've been
involved in has meant showing them my passport.
