Default Can you ID a Dahon by the numbers?

There is a bike on Ebay that looks like a Presta Lite. The id plate says DH2
601-031 and PT 302. The seller now tells me the bike is red with black
fenders. Look at eBay 7139434384. I'm guessing the bike is an older red
Dahon, and the picture was a random folder bike.
