Another "journalist" who thinks it is clever to drive like a moron and
bully cyclists.

The CTC are looking for any of his victims so if you think it was you
contact the CTC.

Good. I hope they find him and give him a beating. Whether the beating is
for being a Wail writer, or for his ridiculous road behaviour, I don't
really care. He is clearly a total ****.

He's not a journalist, he's a chef, as seen on BBC's Saturday Kitchen. I can
see electric cars becoming a problem if they are in the hands of tw@ts like
James Martin. Isn't writing about your car crimes in a newspaper column akin
to videoing it an sticking it on YouTube? What a plank!

The difference is he probably just made it up to make a "better" story.
He's still a **** though.

Bradley Wiggins has been publicly taking him to task over it:

I see it has also been noted on his wikipedia page

I suspect that was the case. Don't believe everything written by
journalists because what they don't know, they just make up.

The car sounds very good though. Good performance for a low carbon car.

What a ******. Still, what can one expect from someone who writes for
the Daily "Hurrah for the Blackshirts"?

Not really. Overpriced and totally impractical. What's the point of a
car with such a miserable range. I know Top Gear isn't the favourite
program of many in ukrc, but they tested a Tesla a while ago. It
wasn't great. If you use some of the performance, even at motorway
speeds the range drops dramatically. It's also nearly 4 times the
price of an Elise, and uses batteries that will need some sort of
environmentally unfriendly disposal at some point.
