Even motorcycle riders have no helmets.
Walking around downtown Ljubljana today I saw this scene.
A two up motorbike and moped rider sans helmet. Don't these "Yugoslavs" know how dangerous it is - has the nanny state not reached Slovenia? -- Simon Mason |
