If the lens is a true rectilinear formula (which it's not), then that
would be, not distortion, but exaggerated perspective. Still an ugly
bike though. The man is all about marketing now.

would be, not distortion, but exaggerated perspective. Still an ugly

Not entirely. The fund raising is a beneficial effect of the
marketing, but a subset. More is being marketed than the fight against
cancer. I sometimes wonder if there are parallels with Coppi. How the
oh so Catholic fans rationalized his behavior with their upbringing
and their adulation of him. People are complex, some more than others.
But LA? He's a doozy.
