Where's Dr. Frank. Interbike could use another comedy act from this
Elvis act.

I thought his Tour of the Galaxy and its $45 billion purse was suppose
to happen his year, no? Oh, no wait that was last year...

What's he waiting for? Doesn't he have enough volunteers to close down
all 87,000 miles of highway he needed to put on the race?
