Unfortunately that is exactly what happens with a lot of them - the car and parking space are part of their "rewards package". You and I get to pay for the tax concession, and providing them with perfectly good roads and clean air to screw up. Some of these "lucky" folk are smart enough to say "I'll take the cash".
