Saw an interesting bicycle lock yesterday while hunting for lunch - a
pair of handcuffs.

The chain between the two cuffs didn't look particularly strong.

Anyone else seen similar (or similarly interesting) bicycle locks?

Sounds like the Street Cuff:

That link is an old review from 2007; the lock also features in a group
test in the latest issue of Cycling Plus, which reviews (and quickly
breaks) a variety of interesting-looking locks.

If it was a large bike-style chain then it was a Master Street Cuff,
I have one for the recumbent. They weigh a ton!
