hardware store, where I acquired a flashlight, with the following specification: FL 1 Standard (?) 18h 38lm 40m (range) 400cd (?) (i) Retroreflective rims. When retroreflective rims are used in lieu of spoke-mounted reflectors or retroreflective tire sidewalls, the reflecting material shall meet the following requirements: (1) The retroreflective material shall form a continuous circle on the rim. Cheers I don't think there is a U.S.A. law. I think in the states it's by the state as it's by the province in Canada. That said, amber is allowed in Quebec in some positions. 232.
