How in the hell could he do that? Do you suppose he was looking to the right and assumed that car was leaving?

I saw that woman that hit me again a week ago. She again rolled a stop sign and began accelerating. But this time there were four lanes and a divider between us so she stopped when she had plenty of room to turn right. Directly across two lanes of fast moving traffic. I think she is getting Alzheimer's where she loses track of what she's doing.
