Gotta love Tarik Fabiani. The CC owner had best hope security tapes
from her establishment back up her version of events. Aiding in covering
up witness tampering is a felony.

So let me get this straight. The generally-agreed-upon facts in this
case, the sort of things that would lead to a guilty verdict, are so
weak that *this*, once more, a bunch of he-said she-said stuff, is a
"game changer?"

Everyone knows that Aspen is "Lance's" town. Especially Tyler. And the
folk from Outside Magazine. This sounds more like a sad attempt on
Tyler's part of try and put down Lance on his (Lance's) turf, or maybe
provoke a reaction that Novitsky's fanboys would drool over. Tyler ain't
man enough to pull that off. Lance may be arrogant enough to be pulled
into it though.

Aiding in a "cover up", how? That's a mighty, mighty reach even for
you.

Unwanted touching, by Hamilton? That's assault, by some definitions.

Fabiani wanted to hire him, but the guy had a prior engagement.

From the Clinic Forum. Comments in [ ] are my additions, Fanboys:

A couple of things for you to ponder.
1. Outside Mag contracted services from Hamilton to be performed in
Aspen. That might explain why all the Outside reporters/bloggers were in
the restaurant as well as Hamilton.
2. There are indications that it was not a chance meeting from
Armstrong's point of view. He was in Tennessee that morning from a
number of reports noted here and flew to Aspen during the day. The FBI
can easily check to see when the flight plan for his jet was filed and
if it changed a prior flight plan on file with the FAA. [it is easy
enough for the Feds to obtain records of texts to and from Armstrong and
friends that day]
3. CC is a public place of business that was open to both Hamilton and
Armstrong on Saturday evening. If Armstrong touched Hamilton and impeded
his movement, that could be interpreted as a form of intimidation. In
some jurisdictions, like Massachusetts, mere unwanted touching by
another is assault--no common law or statutory battery needed. [there's
no such thing as Aspen being "Lance's town." Lance is responsible for
his action there just like anywhere.]
4. If Armstrong stated to Hamilton what Hamilton reported to his
attorney, Armstrong made clear reference to possible impending Hamilton
trial testimony and made remarks relative thereto of an intimidating
nature.
5. Lance's friend Jodi the CC part owner would do well to consult
counsel before she says another word lest she be seen as participating
in/abetting witness intimidation. If nothing really happened, why would
she make a point of telling Hamilton to never return when Armstrong was
present in CC at the same time?

Your boy Lance is one stupid bully from Plano, Tarik. A guy who doesn't
fear the truth has no need to intimidate others telling the truth.

Lying about what was or was not said to rebut the claims of another
adverse to her good customer Lance, is participation in the intimidation
after the fact thereby trying to conceal the illegal act. Welcome to
the real world, Lance, et al.

You really think LA flew home early just so he could confront TH
outside the restroom of a public restaurant??? Damn.

If he really wanted to intimidate TH, even a bully from Plano knows
you send someone else to do it.
