Default SRAM freewheel remover

A SRAM 9-speed freewheel is a cassette, not a screw-on freewheel,
right? And you are supposed to remove it with the FR-5G tool?

Can you remove it with an old Shimano screw-on freewheel removal tool,
or is the FR-5G tool different from the Shimano?

Thanks!

Thanks for the link, John. The old Shimano screw-on freewheel remover
tool is apparently different. It takes an FR-1 remover tool.
