Default Pavement cyclist knocks down disabled lad, then stamps on his head

The victim was walking along the road, with his father a short distance
ahead of him, when he was knocked to the ground by a passing cyclist who
was cycling on the path towards him.

The cyclist also fell to the floor but got up and attacked the victim,
stamping on his head about five times.

and cyclists wonder why people dislike them.
