Default 10 speed shimano cog availability

I know I can order individual cogs for shimano 9 speed cassettes from
Harris Cyclery. Is there anywhere I can get individual cogs for a
shimano 10 speed cassette? I've found Miche cogs online for a decent
price, but have heard bad things about them; and will they work if the
rest of the cassette is shimano?

I used to use Miche sprockets, but my son manages to snap teeth
off them. I've switched to Marchisio:

There's a link to their online shop (Europe) at the top of the
page.
