Default helmets

A short time ago I heard a child crying in the common land outside. He
had fallen off his bike because the chain was jammed. He wasn't wearing
a helmet so unfortunately he didn't have the necessary protection from
getting a bit of gravel rash on a leg.

Just imagine, he could have grazed an elbow as well. I blame the parents.
