OK, give him 50 years in the plea deal; then add 51 years for the sidewalk
riding. Sound fair?

so the police said;" Hi there Burton, you shouldn't ride on the
sidewalk."

Then Burton opened fire right ?

According to Will Rogers, "All I know is what I read in the
newspapers".

Me too.

Wow! I hit the sidewalk at high speed at least a few times on the way
home today. (Guess I was lucky ;-)

merde !

in Florida, law deals with the highest rate of violence and the lowest
intelligence level with juries of self made righteous right wingers.
We remember Cape Canaveral's mob southerns as ground support, right ?
So out there on the fringe, a place avoided, events get blurrry. Yet
there are many examples of gross injustice, uncalled for cop violence
but then that's what it is so to speak. Innocent people get gunned
down. The ambience is if you're not a landowner, you're on your own,
like the dead Club rider whose killer went unpunished tho I hope his
rates went up. The yahoo's.

California seems a different millyou. People are harsh, criminally
ugly nit just stupid and criminal. Communties have polar
characteristics a few miles apart. Rich and poor. Law treats rich one
way, poor another. Like you do. I'll bet law here actively pursues,
implements a shove off threatening attitude toward actually enforcing
civil calm caws that lightens the work load. read RANGER NOIR or LAPD
vs books ? Lotta nuts out here.

You know I do paranormal criminology both theory and practical AND get
zero assitance from the Sheriff's simply because the Sheriff's do not
enforce the law equally - I'm a trouble maker.

Naples ? in Collier off course had a similar incident. Man, prob
slightly below normal, varried a gun riding a bike with the intent to
fire it at something which turned out to be law enforcement ,
unfortuneately standing around in a parking lot "investigating"
something else (?) when said moron road up. Law hassled him as law was
on "investigative"steroids/adrenaline and the biker raised his gun
and was gunned down. "In a hail of bullets" wheeeeeeee great fun.

Milwaukee ? That's where people are cannibals right ? The perp will
get out if he displays rational behavior for ten ears. The cops won't.
But I'll bet they abused the kid first.

That's what I had in mind. How can we tell who did what ? Not likely.

oh yeah since you are a "californian of sorts" Cal isnot Missouri.
Immediately on leaving North Cal we enter "hollywood" where the number
of muggers springs into extistence big time as george might say from
the train's rear. People emote mug mug mug and ham. They're practised.
Epidemic. and delusional ? then criminally delusional ? like way off
broadway delusional prostitutes, also criminal ?
Diffrenet. strange. The effect on law enforcement ? THAT IS LAW
ENFORCEMENT ! You prob missed California Highway Patrol.

On 21-Jan-10 19:33, Jobst Brandt a bien réfléchi et puis a déclaré...:

LENIENCY?

When I read such items I think that people involved in such acts are
mentally unbalanced and to expect anything more than Burton's response
is unwarranted, he's not thinking as one would expect from oneself. I
am concerned about the limited prison sentence, because although 50
years is essentially forever, crimes have been committed after age 70.

However, an extreme response from someone stopped by police occurs, I
suppose, because the perpetrator sees himself as unfairly accused.
The difference is that a "normal" person would excuse himself and walk
his bicycle on the pedestrian walk if there was a reason to not ride
in the street.

The actions of Julius Burton indicate an unstable and out of the norm
mental condition. I'm not sure the authorities recognize the
circumstances.

Jobst Brandt

[This is a dialogue that begs to be continued.]
