The personal trainers at my local gym are both smart AND sexy. But they
won't let me ride them for 45 minutes.

a pleasant alternative to the bike trainer for getting sweaty. problem
is i never feel virtuous after that kind of ride.

"Virtuous" is overrated.

What???? Check out the results from this past weekend in MA. Kabush is
from BC, Trebon is living in OR and they went 1,2 both days. Where were
the east coast guys??

Sucking.

You're the greatest.

I guess Page doesn't count as an east coaster any more, so when he wins
Nats again this year, the Belgians will be pleased. Next year, when
Johnson is riding again, he might have some competition.

So you want to call Trebon a NWester because he's been living in Oregon
for a few months? He's defnitely an East Coaster. By my count, only
one NWester in the top 5 of each of the New England races this weekend.
What's wrong, all the NWesters peak too early?

Chainbiter 6.0 'Cross - C2
1 Ryan Trebon (USA) Kona Bicycles 56.09
2 Mark McCormack (USA) Clif Bar Colavita Olive Oil 0.21
3 Jackson Stewart (USA) Clif Bar Cyclocross
4 Marc Gullickson (USA) Redline 0.58
5 Todd Wells (USA) GT/Hyundai

Cycle-Smart International - C1
1 Mark McCormack (USA) Clif Bar/Colavita Olive Oil 57.07
2 Adam Craig (USA) Maxxis-Giant
3 Ryan Trebon (USA) Kona Bicycles
4 Todd Wells (USA) GT/Hyundai
5 Ben Jacques-Maynes (USA) sierra nevada cycling
