Specialized / Raleigh prices. Are these good?

Are these good prices for these Specialized / Raleigh bikes?

Specialized Exp (6016?) $290
Raleigh M40 $290
Raleigh M20 $240

That is a great price on the M40. I just bought a 2003 model this weekend
for $339 including water cage and bottle and a mity 8 computer thrown in.
This is in upstate NY. BTW, I love the bike so far. From what I've been
able to make out on the Raleigh website, the specs are the same on the 2004
model. Just new colors.

The R M40 is an average price for a 2004, adn maybe $20 or so high for
a 2003. If it was red it was a 2003, the new ones are black and blue.
I was considering them as well but decided on a Trek.
