Default Brake bosses for Giant OCR touring fork?

I've got a fork from a Giant OCR touring frame that's missing the brake
bosses. Anyone know where I can get replacements?

Are you talking about the stock, original fork? If so, these bikes come
equipped disc-brake only.

If there's a recessed hole in the back of the fork and a ~5mm hole in the
front, then you should be able to fit a caliper brake in the front... no
need for brake bosses like with cantilever brakes.
