I'm replacing the "Force 40" brake on the back of my C'dale MTB. The bridge
has a hole for the cable stop/brake adjust and my brake adjuster is threaded
and just a little too big to slip in. As I would like to use the brake adjust
I need to tap the hole in the bridge. The threaded part of the brake adjuster
measures 7 mm in diamter and has 6 threads in 5mm. Can anyone tell me which
tap that needs? None of my "inch" taps are close.

Thanks

I just changed to V-brakes, which neatly sidesteps the problem!
