Default Down to the wire.

Two stages ago Jimmy Casper was trailing Vansevenant and
Steegmans by four minutes. He made up two minutes in each
of stages 18 and 19 to claw within 16 seconds of the
overall.

138 Gert Steegmans (Bel) Davitamon-Lotto 3.59.24
139 Jimmy Casper (Fra) Cofidis 4.00.05
140 Wim Vansevenant (Bel) Davitamon-Lotto 4.00.21
