Why won't Lance tell them "I am the most tested athlete in history" ?

Default Why won't Lance tell them "I am the most tested athlete in history" ?

He normally has no issue with repeating the soundbite.

Do people develop a moral sense or a conscience as they approach
40 ?

Or do 40 counts stemming from a federal Grand jury approaching cause
the change ?

minds that I was doing it. You loved watching me kick ass all over
the place. Give American ingenuity another chance and we'll do it all
over again with some young whippersnapper!" Americans don't have an
automatic objection to cheaters (California was built by real estate
cheats) so he may just get away with it.
