Default External-bearing crank Q factor

I've purchased a carbon Truvativ Rouleur external-bearing crankset to
replace the ISIS version I'm currently using. Has anyone measured the
q-factor of these newer cranks?

Seems as though the q would have to increase relative to the older
style. However, if someone confirm this I'd be grateful.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
