I thought it looked like a rear hub. What about the top one there?
I've never bought a hub intentionally for bcing.

Just look at it, if it has bare threads on it, then it's a rear hub.

If you see two hubs, usually the one with closer flanges is a rear hub.

im almost in i got a hazard front wheel and i just bought the 20 g and
some plates from Borgschulze. so ill be in in a week or two.

Well, I just bought one from loosejello, and today will be the first
time I get to try it out. I'm at least hoping to be able to mount
once, so we'll see.
