of the NYPD's harassment of bicyclists (in fact the law in NYC
is *not* what that cop says it is). Using humor, he manages
to shift the conversation because he lets people see what's up.

=v= Some people, of course, never shift the conversation, and
just use any pretext to repeat their handful of talking points
