Spin Attack!

I know that I've felt like doing this while subjected to some poncy
aerobic instructor's freeze-dried version of cycling to a soundtrack
of disco chestnut club mixes. I try to put the aggression into the
pedals, but usually wind up just trying to focus on the hottest woman
in the class or simply leaving.
